Ah the pain was excruciating
To say the very least...
Standing all day long at work
Back breaking labour and then
Even after resting heaps
The pain simply creeps...
Up your legs into your spine
Causing so much stress and strain
After wards the pain abates
It dissipates a while and finally
I was even able to smile...
