Many years ago when the girls were young
They had horse riding lessons just out of Angaston
Every time we finished we'd go along to
The wonderful Angaston Fish & Chip shop
Paul & Lisa owned & ran the place
Knew we'd be in in there after the lessons
Knew we'd have some fish & chips each time
The girls loved to go & say hello, Michael too
He was just a little boy of maybe two years then &
He liked those hot chips too!
We'd sit up along those window seats
Looking outside at everything that went by
Enjoying that lovely hot food they'd provide
Going back there every week to have some more!
