Picked up the package from the post office
It looked a bit battered and bruised
Who knew what was inside of it?
Michael ordered it a few weeks ago
It was quite heavy as I picked it up
Pretending to drop it as I went around
The car was so hot in the midday sun
Finally got it in ready to open it
There was a bit of foam packaging
Not really enough to keep it safe
The wooden holder was broken
Cracked through on both sides too
The sword was undamaged though
Black& silver: shining in the sun
A piece of magic to behold it truly was
Imagine using such a weapon in war
Just as they did centuries ago:dangerous
Deadly with its weight and width
Deadly in the little car too
Hardly enough room to swing it
Hardly enough room to maneuver
Almost caused a couple of rips
As we tried to take a look around!
