Jesus is our saviour: Jesus is our all!
Through Him we are delivered
Through Him we are ensured heaven
His superior powers our protection
His redeeming blood our claim
For though Satan seeks to conquer
Jesus' power overcomes just the same
Dear Jesus' victory over sin
Brings us so much closer to Him
We secure our homes with locks & bolts
We hide behind our sturdy walls
We protect our property with safety screens
But how do we secure our hearts & minds?
How do we keep that evil from coming in?
We need to seek out God's ramparts
We need to protect our souls from sin
That evil one is so determined to break through
Our defenceless minds are easy game to him!
